🚨 Now Hiring: Manager, Financial Systems Support (Oracle EBS R12.2)

📍 Hybrid – Miami, FL (4 days onsite preferred)

We are seeking a strong Techno-Functional Oracle EBS Manager to support a global Oracle Financials environment. This role will oversee incidents, change requests, vendor support activities, solution quality, and code reviews while partnering closely with global business stakeholders.

✅ Required Experience

✔️ Oracle EBS R12.2 techno-functional experience

✔️ Strong Oracle Financials background — GL and AP REQUIRED

✔️ PO experience preferred

✔️ Experience supporting global, multi-currency environments

✔️ Code review experience

✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills supporting global stakeholders

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily incidents with third-party support providers and ensure timely resolution within SLA expectations
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and proactive remediation initiatives
• Oversee and review change requests (CRs), including impact analysis and back-out planning
• Present CRs to the Change Review Board (CRB) and obtain approvals
• Coordinate with business stakeholders on prioritization of incidents and enhancements
• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and escalate urgent issues as needed
• Ensure smooth production support and successful accounting period closures
• Assist with implementation and transition of new functionality/tools into production support

👥 Leadership

• Prior people management or support leadership experience preferred
• Strong technical leads with leadership capabilities will also be considered
• Oversight of 1–2 internal team members plus offshore/vendor resources

📌 Additional Details

• Approximately 60% operational support and 30–40% projects/enhancements
• Future initiatives may include EBS upgrades, treasury systems, and supplier management platforms
• Minimal travel required
• Remote candidates may be considered if local talent is unavailable

🎯 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications or related field
• 7–10 years of Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials technical and functional experience across:
• GL
• AP
• AR
• PO
• FA
• CE
