Legal Expert Transactional / Corporate Contract | Remote Pay: $85 $120/hr Time Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Snapshot Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing transactional and corporate law expertise across deals, governance, contracts, and securities matters. Core Responsibilities Design realistic transactional scenarios (e.g., M&A due diligence, SPA/APA drafting, securities filings, governance workflows, disclosure schedules) Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises Ideal Candidate Profile Strong experience in transactional or corporate law within a law firm or in-house legal environment Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution Expertise in contract review, due diligence, NDA drafting, corporate governance, or securities filings Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail Easy Apply to proceed.
