Machine Learning Engineer (CV/LLM) Apply now The role We're looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help build production-grade AI solutions focused on Computer Vision and modern ML systems. If you enjoy having real impact on product direction, making key technical decisions, and working on real-world AI applications - this role is for you. What you'll do Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions for real-world applications Work on AI-driven features involving Computer Vision and LLM-based workflows Build and optimize ML inference pipelines for scalability and performance Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to shape technical solutions Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making Improve model serving, monitoring, and deployment processes Work with image/video processing pipelines and production ML systems Support experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities What we are looking for 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or AI-related roles Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow Experience building and deploying ML systems in production environments Good understanding of machine learning lifecycle and model optimization Practical experience with Computer Vision and OpenCV Experience with GPU-accelerated inference workflows (TensorRT, CUDA) Familiarity with Docker and containerized ML deployment workflows Strong communication skills and ownership mindset Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1+, English B2+) What we offer 26 000 - 33 000 PLN net + VAT monthly, B2B 100% remote setup and flexible hours Private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport 🏃‍♂️‍➡️ Referral bonuses Equipment of your choice (MacBook by default) Interesting, challenging projects - we only take on the ones we believe in :-) Department IT
