Live Chat Support Agent – Work From Home
Location: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based)
Salary: £10 – £13 per hour (£19,500 – £25,350 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)
Job Type: Part-Time (Full-Time options also available)
Reporting To: Customer Support Team Lead (Client Side)
About the Opportunity
Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a UK-based consumer business managing a high volume of live chat enquiries from customers across the country. This is a fully remote position suited to candidates who can type quickly, multitask effectively, and maintain a friendly and professional written tone throughout each conversation.
About the Role
The Live Chat Support Agent will handle inbound customer chat enquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and logging interactions accurately within the support system.
