Now Hiring: Remote Litigation Attorneys – California Bar Required
Openings at both the Associate (2+ years) and Attorney (5+ years) levels
Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits
A nationally recognized law firm is expanding its Warranty Litigation Team and seeking two experienced attorneys to join a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must reside in California and hold an active California bar license. No prior warranty experience is required—training is provided for attorneys with strong litigation backgrounds.
Ideal candidates will have:
Trial and arbitration preparation experience
Courtroom experience including motion practice, depositions, and mediations
Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials and attention to detail
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Compensation ranges:
Associate
(2+ years of experience): $150,000–$165,000
Mid-to-Senior Attorney
(5+ years of experience): $170,000–$200,000
Both roles include annual discretionary bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, disability insurance, and transit/parking stipend).
