Are you an experienced Litigation Assistant in Latin America with hands-on experience supporting U.S. Personal Injury cases?

We are hiring a skilled professional to support a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm in active litigation matters. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who understands U.S. legal workflows and is ready to grow within a structured, high-performance legal team.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Litigation Paralegal and become a key part of the litigation process - not just a task executor, but a trusted contributor.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day litigation tasks
• Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
• Manage calendars, court deadlines, and case timelines
• Order and organize medical records and billing
• Maintain pleadings indexes in Filevine
• Assist with e-filing and document organization
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and legal teams
• Ensure all files remain accurate and deadline-compliant

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. litigation and/or Personal Injury
• Prior experience working remotely with U.S. law firms
• Strong English fluency (written & spoken)
• Experience with Filevine (highly preferred)
• Strong calendar management and deadline tracking skills
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement
• Professional, proactive communication style
• Comfortable working in U.S. business hours
• Located in Latin America or South Asia.
