Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Listener. As a Listener, you will provide emotional support through calls and chat, offering a safe and non-judgmental space for users to express their feelings. The role involves active listening, empathy, and providing appropriate responses to help users navigate their emotions. This role requires sensitivity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong active listening and empathy skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in providing emotional support or counseling
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Experience in mental health or psychology is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is preferred but not required
