Position Overview Omni is seeking a Licensing Manager to oversee all licensing, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to our operations. This role is essential for ensuring that OMNI meets all legal and regulatory standards while expanding our services across new markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in licensing processes, compliance management, and working with government agencies. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all licensing processes required for Omni's operations, including local, state, and federal permits. Maintain compliance with all relevant transportation laws and regulations, ensuring that OMNI operates within the legal framework of the jurisdictions in which we operate. Work closely with legal teams, regulatory bodies, and government agencies to acquire necessary licenses and approvals. Develop and implement strategies for obtaining new licenses and renewing existing ones efficiently. Keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements that may impact OMNI’s licensing and operations. Ensure timely submission of applications, renewals, and compliance reports. Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on licensing and compliance initiatives. Act as a point of contact for any licensing-related inquiries, audits, or inspections. As a Founder Member , additional responsibilities may include: Contributing to OMNI’s business strategy and long-term vision. Providing leadership in licensing and regulatory decision-making. Assisting in securing funding, partnerships, and business expansion opportunities. Establishing key industry relationships to advance OMNI’s position in the market. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the transportation or mobility industry. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations. Experience working with regulatory agencies and government entities. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance management.
