Licensed Psychologist – Child & Adolescent Services Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Psychologist to join our outpatient mental health team serving children and adolescents. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including psychological testing and parental fitness assessments, that directly inform treatment planning and support partner agencies in making well-informed decisions. The ideal candidate values high-quality clinical work, enjoys assessment-focused practice, and takes pride in producing thorough, well-written reports. This is a full-time position (5 days per week), with an expected caseload of approximately 7–10 psychological reports per week . Primary Duties & Responsibilities As a Licensed Psychologist, you will: Conduct comprehensive psychological and psycho-diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents Administer and interpret a variety of psychological assessments Identify, diagnose, and document mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders Prepare clear, detailed, and high-quality psychological evaluation reports that highlight strengths, areas of concern, and diagnostic impressions Complete parental fitness assessments as needed Provide consultation and clinical insight to internal teams and external partner agencies Maintain ethical standards, documentation requirements, and professional best practices Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications: PhD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology Active licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Georgia Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children and adolescents Preferred Skills & Attributes: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills Cultural competence and sensitivity when working with diverse populations Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards
