Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent. In this role, you will assist customers by providing personalized service, answer inquiries about health insurance plans, and help clients navigate their healthcare options. You will engage with clients via phone, email, or web platforms to resolve their concerns, explain plan benefits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• State-licensed Health Insurance Agent with knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and compliance standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Solid technical skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and ability to adapt to new software tools
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or a college degree is an advantage
• Experience in remote work environments is a plus
