Our Divisional Manager is also responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales reports, training and managing staff. To be a successful Divisional Manager you must have strong leadership abilities, excellent organization skills and be able to delegate, lead and drive results. This position will require people leadership of branch employees and the ability to influence within the organization. Divisional Manager/Site Leadership Monitor financial statements for the site, the goals and progress of everyone Lead, coach and develop member of each division Recruit and interview new employees Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs Work to grow business and customer acquisition Supervisory Responsibilities Hires and trains qualified candidates for entry-level roles Conduct progress and performance meetings with advisors and staff Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate trainings to team Identify resources, assign workloads, and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements Duties/Responsibilities Collaborates with LFP Operations, LFP Marketing and LFP HR to set reasonable sales and performance goals Collaborates with LFP HR to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations. Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with division staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives. Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops, implements, and executes a plan for meeting those needs. Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill. Collaborates with LFP Marketing regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns. Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new divisions as needed. Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency. Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality. Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals. Provide guidance to team members and monitor their performance, discipline, and attendance on regular basis.
