Law Experts Contract | Remote Pay: $100-$130 per hour Time Commitment: 20 hours/week Role Snapshot Seeking senior legal professionals to develop enterprise-grade evaluation workflows for LLMs operating in complex corporate legal environments. The role focuses on creating realistic legal scenarios, reference materials, and evaluation rubrics aligned with Fortune 500 standards. Core Responsibilities Construct enterprise legal scenarios across regulatory, transactional, litigation, and in-house counsel workflows Draft and review materials aligned with enterprise compliance frameworks including FCPA, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA Build evaluation tasks focused on enterprise contracting, licensing, DPAs, and M&A diligence processes Develop ERM and COSO-aligned risk scenarios, investigations, and board-level reporting exercises Author detailed rubrics that evaluate sophisticated legal reasoning and judgment Review model outputs for accuracy, compliance alignment, and legal reasoning quality Ideal Candidate Profile Strong experience in enterprise legal practice within large public companies or top-tier law firms Deep expertise in areas such as M&A, securities, regulatory, employment, IP, privacy, or commercial contracting Familiarity with CLM platforms and enterprise GRC tooling JD with active bar admission required Easy Apply to proceed.
