Overview of role Office: Guernsey (on-site with the ability to WFH 1 day per week following probation) Hours: Full-Time The Legal Secretary will provide excellent secretarial support to the Employment Team, including assisting with the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, file management and client billing. Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification Answer incoming calls and maintain rapid response to all enquiries; Maintain accurate records and correspondence files in relation to client matters Liaise clients as appropriate and in accordance with given instructions Creating, editing, amending and storing of correspondence and documents in the Firm's document management system Responding to internal and external inquiries in a professional and polite manner Photocopying and scanning of documents and correspondence Arranging meetings and diary management Arranging travel as required Arranging the opening, closing and archiving of accounts and files Maintain accurate records and correspondence files in relation to client files Carry out any other duties commensurate with the purpose of the job.
