Author complex, multi-step benchmark tasks grounded in real-world legal documents to evaluate professional-grade LLMs on document understanding and instruction following within the legal domain.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and author multi-step tasks using real-world legal materials including contracts, briefs, regulatory filings, and case memos
• Define clear ground truth outputs and objective evaluation rubrics for each benchmark task
• Assess model performance on legal language interpretation, multi-step instruction following, and structured reasoning
• Apply deep domain knowledge across one or more legal sub-domains to ensure tasks reflect authentic professional complexity

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in corporate & commercial law, litigation, intellectual property, regulatory & compliance, or employment & labor law
• Strong experience authoring structured legal documents and working with complex, multi-part instructions
• Strong experience evaluating or quality-assuring legal analysis in a professional or research setting
• Familiarity with document-intensive workflows involving web research and structured output production
