Key Responsibilities: • Review and evaluate land control instruments, including deeds, ground leases, rights of way, and easement agreements, for term validity, exclusivity clauses, and conveyance accuracy. • Identify deficiencies, gaps, or execution issues across site control documentation packages and flag non-compliant or incomplete filings based on project and regulatory requirements. • Organize and structure findings into clear, standardized formats suitable for senior legal review to support due diligence workflows. • Process and annotate land and real estate documents to enable efficient data extraction for AI training datasets. • Collaborate with senior legal and technical teams to ensure documentation accuracy aligns with evolving project and compliance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience reviewing and interpreting land control instruments such as deeds, easements, and rights-of-way agreements with attention to legal terminology and conveyance terms. • Strong analytical ability to identify deficiencies, execution issues, or non-compliance in legal documentation and report findings clearly and concisely. • Proficiency in organizing complex legal information into structured formats for review and decision-making by senior legal professionals. • Familiarity with due diligence workflows in real estate, land development, or energy infrastructure, including document processing and annotation. • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
