Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Case Manager to support our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys both administrative and client-facing responsibilities. You will play a critical role in supporting case progression, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple practice areas. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and documentation Maintaining organized case files and tracking deadlines Ensuring all communications reflects professionalism and clarity Supporting attorneys with case preparation Assisting with pre-litigation case development (Personal Injury) Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal documents (training provided) Communicating with clients and medical providers via phone and email What We’re Looking For: Legal background or prior law firm experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and accountability Clear speaking voice with strong articulation Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence Strong grammar and attention to detail Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems/processes Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment What’s In It for You?
