What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Monitor and maintain compliance within the Litigation Management System
• Enter, update, and manage case data, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, and related litigation events
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and external contacts to support case progression
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2-3 years of administrative experience in a legal, insurance, or professional services environment
• Experience supporting litigation activities, including scheduling and case coordination
• Working knowledge of legal terminology, civil litigation processes, and case management systems
• Familiarity with various Maryland courts and local procedures
• Court approval experience and knowledge of the Maryland court system considered a strong plus
