Federal Boulevard in Denver three days a week and telecommutes remotely at a designated workplace within the State of Colorado the remaining days. Denver Human Services is currently seeking a highly dedicated and dynamic team player to serve in the role of Learning and Performance Child Support Technician Lead with the Child Support Services division. This position will provide quality assurance, data analysis & management, standard work, and technical support for the entire division. Specifically, in this role you will: Compile monthly state audit cases and prepare timely, accurate responses to all findings and observations. Assist with updates and maintenance of the Work Management System (WMS) related to Case Reviews. Serve as a backup for the division liaison and the document management team, ensuring continuity of operations. Provide additional quality assurance support to the Leadership Team, helping ensure compliance and consistent performance. Conduct case reviews across the division to evaluate processes and support standardization of work practices. Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to a variety of stakeholders Experience in collecting, tracking, and evaluating data to support program growth Excellent leadership and coaching skills Proficiency in the Automated Child Support Enforcement System (preferred but not required) Quality Assurance and keen attention to detail Spreadsheet Management (Excel) Required Minimum Qualifications Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate. Experience Requirement: Five (5) years of experience performing child support initiation, enforcement, collections, investigations, case management or a related field. Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirement.
