About the Opportunity: The Learning & Development Lead – Technology serves as the primary learning partner for the Technology organization. This role focuses on enhancing delivery effectiveness by building capabilities, standardizing onboarding, and providing practical enablement resources. It applies a consulting and business partnering approach to identify performance gaps, design scalable learning solutions, and collaborate with leaders to improve technology practices across teams. 3. Responsibilities: Act as the main L&D partner for Technology leaders and community, setting learning priorities aligned with delivery goals Conduct structured needs assessments to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions beyond training Build partnerships to drive adoption through communication, alignment, and shared accountability Design and deliver enablement around core concepts and shared language in agile practices Develop reusable toolkits, job aids, and bite-sized learning resources for practical application Collaborate with leaders to integrate reinforcement into team operating routines Centralize and refine Technology training materials to reduce duplication and improve onboarding consistency Create track-specific onboarding resources to accelerate new hires' time to contribution Manage end-to-end design and delivery of enablement programs, including piloting and iterating Facilitate sessions or coordinate facilitators to ensure quality and consistency Define success measures and evaluation plans for enablement efforts and use data to improve programs Administer and maintain the LMS backend for Technology learning programs, including course setup and reporting Embed inclusive learning and accessibility practices and reinforce leadership and team behaviors Support change initiatives with communication-ready resources and guidance for leaders 4. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or performance consulting Proven skills in needs assessment, program design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and program/project management Experience partnering with technical or delivery teams and translating complex practices into practical enablement Experience managing a Learning Management System with reliable participation and completion reporting Preferred: familiarity with learning measurement and evaluation approaches Preferred: relevant certifications in talent development, facilitation, coaching, evaluation, or change management Strong consulting and business partnering skills with ability to influence without authority Project and program management expertise with effective stakeholder communication Proficiency in adult learning principles for facilitation and learning design Ability to create scalable standards, toolkits, and knowledge resources Data-driven approach to improving learning experiences and demonstrating impact 5.
