Experience - 4 to 7 years Location - Mumbai based , but remote opportunity (Looking only for Mumbai based candidates) CTC - up to 6-7 Lpa Mandatory Requirements: • Must have worked on hiring requirements for clients like Cognizant, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, and other leading IT/Product-based companies. • Must have experience handling Full-Time, Contract, and C2H hiring requirements. • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, Data Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Analyst, and Project/Program Management roles. • Must have experience in team handling , mentoring recruiters, assigning requirements, monitoring team performance, and driving closures. • Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, passive hiring, and stakeholder management. • Experience in handling bulk hiring, niche hiring, and leadership hiring across PAN India locations. • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, work under pressure, and achieve hiring targets within TAT. • Excellent communication, client management, leadership, and coordination skills are mandatory.
