• Lead the implementation of digital outreach and education initiatives (training provided)
• Conduct structured discovery conversations via phone and Zoom
• Model and facilitate leadership development practices
• Support the onboarding and development of aligned professionals
• Participate in ongoing strategic training and collaboration sessions
Ideal Profile:
• Minimum 5+ years in a professional environment
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• Self-directed with the ability to manage outcomes independently
• Organized, performance-oriented, and growth-minded
