Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

🚀 Hiring: Lead QA Engineer – AI-Driven SDLC | Remote (EU) | 12 month B2B Contract

We’re looking for a hands-on Lead QA Engineer to drive quality across an AI-driven software development lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to work at the forefront of agentic development, building and scaling QA frameworks for modern AI-powered engineering teams.

🔎 What you’ll be doing:

• Define and implement QA strategy for AI/agent-based systems

• Create and execute automated test cases using AI agents

• Build and evolve QA frameworks, standards, and testing processes

• Lead QA activities across engineering teams while remaining hands-on

• Collaborate closely with Product Engineers to validate specifications and ensure high-quality delivery

• Drive ownership and quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment

🛠 Tech & Tools:

• Jest

• Cypress & Playwright

• TypeScript (strict mode)

• Locust

• ESLint & Prettier

• Azure DevOps (ADO)

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in QA leadership and automation testing

• Experience working with AI tools/agents in testing or development

• Proven ability to build QA frameworks from scratch

• Experience designing test strategies for AI-driven systems

• Comfortable working autonomously with a proactive mindset

⭐ Nice to have:

• Experience with agentic development lifecycle frameworks

🌍 Working model:

Remote role with required overlap with US working hours for key business collaboration.
