Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Create outbound calls by greeting customers and introducing yourself and the company
Ensure our customer is heard and not interrupted during conversation or questions
Educate the customer about our processes
Answer any follow up questions our customer may ask to the best of your ability
Collect customer information, in addition to, their specific product and service needs
Communicate simultaneously with our customer and our Dispatch Team to coordinate a convenient on-site appointment.
Input all information gathered directly into our company CRM
Express our gratitude for their time
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
Ability to stay calm and productive during surges of high call volume
Information retention and attention to detail
Typing speed of 30+ WPM coupled with accurate data entry
Good English speaking 85+
