Lead Development Representative (LDR) — Early Stage Startup (Commission-Based, Remote)

Role Description This is a remote, commission-based contract role for a Lead Development Representative (LDR) at TranQuility Inc. The LDR will identify, research, and qualify prospective users and partners for Encubatorr.com, focusing on founders, early-stage entrepreneurs, startups, and small business teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing prospect lists, conducting outreach via email, social channels, and calls, and nurturing leads through thoughtful, value-driven conversations. The LDR will schedule product discovery calls and demos, track activity and performance metrics in agreed tools, and provide feedback on messaging and positioning based on real conversations with prospects. Collaboration with the founding team to refine ideal customer profiles, improve outreach campaigns, and share market insights will be an important part of this role.
Qualifications

• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, including experience identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and confidently across email, social channels, and calls.
• Customer service orientation, with a focus on listening, understanding needs, and providing helpful, respectful support to prospects.
• Sales-driven mindset, with experience moving leads through a pipeline, handling objections, and setting up demos or discovery calls.
• Research skills to understand target markets, founder and startup needs, and competitive offerings.
• Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment, including adaptability, self-motivation, and willingness to experiment and iterate.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and consistently follow through on agreed targets.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools, and basic knowledge of AI or SaaS products, is a plus.
• Prior experience in B2B lead development, startup sales, or founder-focused products is highly beneficial.
