As bsport scales, operational efficiency becomes a strategic lever, not just a cost concern. We're creating this role to lead the intelligent automation of our internal processes, with a clear mandate: deploy agentic AI systems that meaningfully reduce manual workload, streamline team structures, and sustain the quality bar our customers expect. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position sitting within the Operations. You will own the AI automation roadmap end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping production-grade agents and work directly with team leads to redesign workflows around what machines do best. The role: AI Agent Design & Deployment Identify and implement agentic AI solutions targeting the highest-leverage opportunities: cross-team friction points, high-volume processes, and high-cost operations Design multi-step AI workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration platforms Build integrations between AI agents and our core systems (CRM, ERP, support tooling, data warehouse) Ensure deployed agents are robust, monitored, and continuously improved based on output quality Operational Redesign Audit existing processes to quantify automation potential and project FTE impact Collaborate with department heads to redesign team structures around automated workflows Define clear KPIs for each automation initiative: time saved, error rate, cost per unit, and headcount optimisation Drive org-wide adoption through documentation, training, and change management Strategic Leadership Own the internal AI automation roadmap and report progress to senior leadership Build a rigorous evaluation framework to measure the ROI of each initiative Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape to ensure bsport is using best-in-class solutions Contribute to company-wide thinking on responsible AI deployment You would be great fit if you have: 5+ years of experience in operations, BizOps, or process engineering Proven track record of designing and shipping automation workflows in production Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and no-code/low-code orchestration tools Strong analytical skills — you model impact before you build, and you measure it after Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels Package: 💰 Competitive compensation + meaningful equity 🌅 Vibrant office in Passatge St. Joan, Barcelona with free drinks and snacks. 💻 Hybrid working model: 2 remote day per week, plus 15 extra remote days per year. 🐼 Health insurance with Alan, fully covered by the company. 🤸‍♀️ Negociated gym deal with Wellhub: get access to a wide range of gyms, studios, and wellbeing apps. 💳 Flexible remuneration with Alan, to optimise part of your salary in a tax-efficient way. 🌍 A diverse, collaborative workplace - join an international team! ⛱️ Summer Fridays: Enjoy your Friday afternoons all August, with a half-day schedule. 🛏️ Feel supported with paid sick leave, because your health always comes first.
