We do this by compliantly onboarding workers in their home country, giving them a shareable profile of their KYC status, and building lightning fast payment rails to quickly get them paid into their local bank account. Who we are We're a YC-backed team with previous experience building startups from $0-$500M and $500M-$1B+. What this role is The role of “Launch Partner” is a zero to one role, helping us ramp up in Nigeria. Our base goal is $50,000 in gross payments volume by the end March, so your mission is to onboard 10-25 freelance developers. Requirements You have developer contacts in your network who you can easily reach out to You’re able to run set-up the logistics for onboarding events (food, location, building interest) You’re able to understand our product, explain it, and onboard developers onto the platform You’ve experienced getting paid by foreign entities and can help explain the pain points with other products Pending performance, this role is eligible to convert to full-time as a Country Manager. What you'll make This is a commission-only role, but has a generous payout structure and adds a bonus for exceeding targets.
