LANE MANAGER Apply Apply Description Service Lane Manager – Regal Automotive Group (Lakeland, FL) Regal Automotive Group is growing and looking for an experienced Service Lane Manager to lead operations for a group of advisors and shop Forman. With five franchises—Honda, Acura, Kia, GMC, and Chevrolet—and nearly 50 years in business, we offer the scale, stability, and traffic to support high-level performance in a family working environment. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who sets the tone in the lane, who is goal-oriented, motivates their team, and drives results while maintaining a strong customer experience. What You’ll Do: Lead daily service lane operations and advisor performance with over 100 customers daily. Establish walk arounds and hold the team accountable to MPI’s. Motivate, coach, and develop service advisors for maximum productivity Drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention with strong habits Manage workflow, scheduling, and repair order quality, notifying customers Collaborate with parts and technician teams to ensure efficiency Maintain factory training levels and dealership process compliance What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a high-volume automotive service department Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop a team Goal-driven mindset with a track record of performance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-first approach with a focus on CSI and growth Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000+ annually, based on experience and performance Join a family-owned organization with deep roots in the community and opportunity for growth across multiple rooftops.
