Role description This role is part of a team dedicated to having a lasting impact on climate cage and comes with opportunities for you to grow within the development team and take on tasks as part of day-to-day project development. This role involves acquiring suitable land and thus giving green light for the successful implementation of our renewable energy projects. This includes: Approaching owners of suitable land for potential solar, wind or energy storage projects, as well as land for cable routes, access roads and substations Establishing contact with new landowners (cold calling) and local government representatives Primarily conducting contract negotiations with landowners independently and securing the land contractually Communicating with local authorities, including their internal and external advisors Establishing and maintaining networks with landowners, authorities, local authorities and associations Creating acceptance measures on site and holding owners' meetings and information events for citizens Skills and experience You have a background in sales, ideally in the agricultural sector, and experience in acquisition and project development in the field of renewable energies You enjoy interacting with people both professionally and privately You are therefore articulate and your demeanor is confident, trustworthy and convincing You enjoy working independently and in an organized manner You are structured in your work planning and documentation You are determined and successful-oriented You are willing to travel during the day, so a Class B driving license is essential You have a basic knowledge of the legal provisions and regulations in the field of renewable energies Initial experience with GIS & GeoViewer is an advantage Our compensation & benefits 30 days of holiday per year Work in a modern and future-oriented industry Attractive salary, with annual adjustment Attractive and performance-based bonus programs Company car, also for private use, of course Home office equipment such as a desk, chair and lamp, if required Above-average company pension scheme from Allianz Regular training and further education Regular team events Benefits such as Gympass
