ABOUT THE ROLE Provide customer support for German-speaking customers during product selection and post-purchase service Handle inquiries through written channels and phone calls Follow support workflows, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams for complex cases Contribute to updates of support documentation based on recurring issues C. DAILY TASKS Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls Guide customers during product selection based on needs, preferences, and budget constraints Provide product information, usage instructions, and order-related clarifications Share delivery status, order updates, and next steps in a clear, structured format Manage after-sales requests (warranty cases, missing parts) and track progress to resolution Escalate non-standard cases to internal teams and follow up until closure D.
