Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for Korean-speaking interpreters. The Korean Interpreter will provide real-time OPI and VRI services, accurately conveying meaning, tone, and cultural nuances between Korean and English speakers in various settings such as healthcare, business, customer service, and public services. Daily responsibilities include answering interpretation requests via the company’s call platform, managing back-to-back calls, and maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with client and regulatory standards. The interpreter will follow client-specific protocols, document call details when required, and collaborate with coordination teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery. The role also involves participating in ongoing training, quality evaluations, and feedback sessions to continually improve performance.

Training Program

Successful candidates will participate in a paid 3-week training program designed to prepare them for live interpreting assignments.

Training Schedule:

* 2 hours per day/ 5 hours (Revision)

* Fully paid for the 7 hours
