🎯 The Role

You're the engine of the client relationship, owning the day-to-day, the deliverables, and the communication. You'll work inside a pod under a CSM who steers overall strategy, backed by world-class copy, design, and tech, plus an AI stack that lets you operate at a level a 2024 AM couldn't.

You'll:

• Drive retention, growth, and lifecycle revenue across your accounts
• Spot gaps before the client does and flag them up
• Own communication with clients
• Build trust that keeps clients long term

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years as an Account Manager or Klaviyo Freelancer (agency experience ideal)
• 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo
• Fluent English, comfortable across time zones
