The Key Account Manager (USA) will manage and grow accounts in the U.S. The focus is on building strong relationships with current clients, opening new business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s position in the hard discount channel (Aldi, Lidl, Save-A-Lot, UGO, among others). The role is ideally based in North Carolina, South Carolina, Atlanta, or the Southeast region of the U.S. The position is hybrid: the virtual interaction is with the company based in Colombia, while the in-person meetings are with clients in the US. Key Responsibilities: Develop and carry out sales plans, including pricing and trade marketing. Manage forecasts, budgets, and sales performance (sell-in/sell-out). Grow key accounts, making sure they are profitable and sustainable. Work closely with supply chain, production, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.
