You will benefit from coaching by experienced talent acquisition experts and play a key part in shaping the future of our community by identifying top talent and building lasting relationships with candidates and consultants. You will be working remotely based in Greece, while collaborating closely with our team in Belgium. 💡 How you will make an impact Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for both employees and freelancers in Greece and Belgium Building and maintaining a strong network of IT professionals through proactive sourcing and relationship management Using creative sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools to identify both active and passive candidates Creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects MindWave's values and culture Contributing to employer branding initiatives, social media campaigns, events and talent attraction strategies Leveraging AI and innovative recruitment approaches to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate engagement Participating in the evolution of recruitment processes, tools and best practices as MindWave continues to grow Acting as a trusted ambassador for the MindWave culture and community 🚀 What makes you successful in this role You combine a passion for recruitment with a genuine interest in people and technology. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field A first recruitment experience within an IT consultancy environment Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Hands-on sourcing experience Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team communication Fluent in Greek & English 🌱 Soft skills & MindWave mindset At MindWave, we believe great recruiters do much more than fill positions.
