Fintech Company | London (Hybrid) / Remote (UK) Join a mission driven fintech building technology that improves how people and businesses manage their money. We’re working with a growing technology company (30+ people) building modern financial infrastructure for the next generation of products. We’re looking for a Graduate Software Engineer who’s excited to grow fast, take ownership early, and work on real-world systems that matter. This is not a slow-paced graduate programme. You’ll contribute to production code within your first few weeks and learn directly from experienced engineers who care about good engineering The Role As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll work across the product and platform, contributing to meaningful features and core systems. You will: Design, build, test, and ship features across the stack Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Work closely with senior engineers through mentorship and pairing Help improve system reliability, performance, and developer experience Learn how modern fintech systems are designed, secured, and scaled Contribute ideas and have real influence in a small, collaborative team What We’re Looking For We care more about potential and mindset than a specific tech stack. You might be a great fit if you have: Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, APIs, problem-solving) Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning how real-world systems work A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership Interest in startups, fintech, or technology-driven businesses Experience with one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, C #, etc.) Nice to have (but not required): Personal projects, hackathons, open-source contributions Internships, placements, or freelance development experience Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, or modern frameworks What We Offer Hands-on mentorship from experienced engineers Real responsibility and meaningful work from day one Flexible working (remote-friendly with optional London office time) A supportive environment focused on learning and growth Competitive salary for a graduate role + equity options The chance to help shape both the product and engineering culture as we scale Why Join Us? You’ll be joining at an exciting stage: small enough that your work truly matters, but with strong foundations and clear momentum. If you’re looking for a place to grow quickly, build useful things, and work with smart, kind people — we’d love to hear from you.
