Junior Recruiter (Hospitality Background)

Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience within the hotel and hospitality F&B sector (mandatory) Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals. Resourceful, resilient, and committed to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools. Previous remote working experience is a plus. Proven ability to deliver results and thrive in a growing and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities : End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, motivations, communication skills, and overall suitability. Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process. Talent Sourcing & Headhunting Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive headhunting. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various functions within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre professionals. Database & Administration Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented within the recruitment system. Prepare daily and monthly recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress. Support day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth internal operations. Employer Branding & Job Advertising Prepare and publish job advertisements across multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. Promote a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's reputation and standards. Leadership & Team Support Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional service. Support and mentor interns or junior team members when required. Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement of recruitment practices. What We Offer Fully remote working environment.
