This is a full-time, fully remote position for someone at the entry level of their career. We are currently supporting a key partner based in the Netherlands with a large-scale inventory management rollout, and this role will help keep our remote development team aligned with the operational needs of that project. While Pixel Systems is based in the United States, this specific initiative requires remote coordination that overlaps with European business hours to ensure we remain responsive to the project timeline. This is a permanent, full-time role designed for a junior professional who wants to learn the practical side of managing technical projects in a remote environment.
In this role
You will coordinate the daily moving parts of our development cycle to ensure our tools are delivered on time and meet the specific needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on organization: tracking tasks, clarifying requirements, and helping to produce the final documentation that allows a client to take full ownership of their new software. You will serve as an organizational link, making sure that developers have the information they need and that clients understand the progress of their build.

What you will be doing
- Tracking task progress in our project management software to ensure developers meet their weekly milestones.
- Drafting clear and concise README files and walkthrough documentation for the custom internal tools we build.
- Organizing the schedule for live walkthrough videos and handoff sessions with our clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Reviewing project requirements to confirm all requested features, such as specific database fields or API endpoints, have been addressed.
- Monitoring internal Slack channels to identify potential delays and reminding team members of upcoming deadlines.
- Helping to organize the final distribution of source code and technical guides once a project reaches completion.
- Assisting in the collection of feedback from users who are testing new dashboard features during the pilot phase.
- Supporting the senior team in maintaining a clean and updated project board for our ongoing international implementations.
- A background in project management, software development, business operations, or a related field of study.
- Comfort using digital organization tools like Trello, Jira, or Notion to keep track of multiple tasks.
- The ability to write instructions that are easy for non-technical users to follow and understand.
- A reliable approach to deadlines and a habit of double-checking your work for accuracy and clarity.
- Curiosity about how software works and an interest in the logic behind internal business tools.
- The ability to work independently in a fully remote setting without needing constant supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and an interest in bringing order to complex technical lists.
- Flexibility to coordinate with a team that operates across different timezones.
- Basic exposure to software development concepts, such as understanding what a database or an API does.
- Familiarity with the logistics or supply chain sector is a plus given our current project focus.
