We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to implement, maintain, manage and optimize CRM Platforms and other software solutions for our clients. This remote contract-based role offers an opportunity to provide technical proficiency, strategic-thinking and customer engagement to a diverse client base. You will work closely with our internal consulting team and clients on CRM implementations and ecosystems to drive value and achieve commercial objectives. Essential: Knowledge and experience of minimum 1 - 2 years in managing and maintaining software platforms Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
