The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, data-driven thinker from a top European university to join our Product team as a paid intern or early-career specialist. You will support our Product Managers in bridging between user insights, product strategy, and execution, supporting our growth mission while gaining hands-on experience in B2C product development, CRO, and retention.
What You Will Do
1. User Research & Insights
- Analyze user behavior data: Where do customers drop off? What objections stop them?
- Analyze competitive landscape: What are other claim services doing? What's our differentiation?
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights for the product team
- Identify friction points in claim form, onboarding, and status tracking
- Create weekly/monthly product dashboards tracking performance against targets
- Communicate insights to cross-functional teams (Growth, Ops, Engineering)
2. Product Development Support
- Assist with feature prioritization: Help evaluate impact vs. effort for roadmap items
- Write user stories and requirements, translating business needs into actionable tasks
- Collaborate with designers on prototypes (Figma)
3. Communication & Documentation
- Proactively identify problems and propose solutions to the product team
- Document test results, findings, and recommendations clearly for stakeholders
- Suggest fresh product angles and improvements based on user feedback and market trends
- Support pitch preparation with data-driven insights and customer stories
What You Bring
- Essential (Must-Have)Previous Product/Growth Experience: Internship in product, growth, marketing, or CRO
- Top European University: Currently enrolled (final year) or recent graduate from a top 20 university in Europe
- Proven Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, metrics, and statistical thinking
- Product Curiosity: You ask "why?" constantly. You care about user experience.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally in English
- Self-Driven & Independent: Comfortable working remotely, managing your own tasks, suggesting improvements proactively
- Speed & Results-Oriented: You deliver fast, iterate quickly, and do not get bogged down in perfectionism
- Attention to Detail: You notice small inconsistencies and understand that details compound
- (Ideally) Previous experience in OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), TravelTech, FinTech, LegalTech, or SaaS environments.
