About the role: As a Junior Payroll Implementation Consultant , you will join an international and collaborative environment where you will contribute to delivering payroll solutions that help our clients better manage their people. You will be involved in end-to-end projects, working alongside more senior consultants and clients to understand their needs and translate them into reliable, efficient, and tailored solutions. This role offers a great opportunity to further develop your expertise in payroll, technology and consulting. Which tasks can you expect? Support end-to-end payroll implementation projects , gaining a full understanding of the process lifecycle. Work closely with clients and team members to analyze requirements and help shape effective solutions . Configure and adapt payroll systems to ensure they meet client-specific needs. Participate in and support functional testing , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality payroll delivery. What do you have to offer? + 2 years of experience in implementing Payroll ERP solutions. Understanding of payroll processes and initial experience with system configuration . Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects and priorities. Strong communication skills , with a client-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Integrho is a strong plus. Experience with time & attendance solutions or HCM systems is considered an advantage. Spanish is essential and fluency in English.
