Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a strategically-minded, autonomous professional to lead AsiaLink's market engagement in Romania. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep understanding of the local business environment with international perspective and entrepreneurial drive and who has genuine knowledge of, and ideally a network within, one of our core sectors.

As Junior Partner at AsiaLink, you will represent AsiaLink locally, identify and secure collaboration opportunities, and contributes directly to strategic growth within the Maritime Sector, with major focus on tug boards, engineering vessels and river vessels.

This is not a salaried position, it is a project- and performance-based role suited to professionals with an independent mindset and long-term ambition.

What We Expect

• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable insights on local dynamics
• Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• Networking & Representation: Represent AsiaLink at local business forums, industry events, and key meetings
• Local Support: You will be supported locally by AsiaLink’s Senior Partner for the Maritime Sector
• Remote Collaboration: Work closely with AsiaLink's core team in Hong Kong and our regional coordination in Athens, with full flexibility and autonomy

Where We Stand

We are currently presented in k, Cypriot and Georgian maritime sectors, as well as road infrastructure operators. The ground is prepared to explore Romania, we need the right person to advance it.
