As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior IT Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team. What you will do: Provide technical support for client IT environments. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, server, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and servers. Support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services. Assist with networking technologies including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching, and firewalls. Monitor and maintain system performance and security. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Maintain technical documentation and system records. Deliver exceptional support both remotely and on-site. Required Quaifications Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022. Basic administration experience with Ubuntu or Debian Linux. Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, and network troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English. Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of ownership. Valid Greek driving license. Nice to Have Active Directory and Group Policy experience. Microsoft 365 administration. VMware, Proxmox, or other virtualization platforms. IIS administration. Backup and disaster recovery technologies. Cybersecurity and endpoint protection solutions.
