Responsibilities & Duties: - Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of HRIS applications. - Monitor and answer tier 1 tickets regarding the HRIS. - Participate in HRIS-related projects and initiatives. - Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues and provide end-user support. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant work experience. - 1-2 years of experience in a HRIS support or similar role. - Basic understanding of HR processes and practices. - Proficiency in HRIS software. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
