What You’ll Do
We're seeking an Analyst, FP&A, to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within a growing organization. You will work closely with senior team members to support key financial processes and contribute to business decision-making.
In This Role, You Will
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing data and assisting with analysis.
- Prepare regular financial reports and assist in analyzing performance against budget and forecasts.
- Perform basic variance analysis to identify trends and highlight key drivers.
- Assist in maintaining and updating financial models and reports.
- Support revenue and cost analysis for business activities and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data.
- Help develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to track business performance.
- Assist in process improvements and documentation of financial procedures.
- Provide support for ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Familiar with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pursue information independently to self-educate and develop solutions
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables; advanced skills like macros is a plus)
- Experience with NetSuite Financials and reports are plus points
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or prior exposure to FP&A, accounting, or finance functions in corporate environment
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Interest in professional services or project-based business environments
- MBA is a plus

- Compensation range: $2,000-$2,500 USD/month
