Junior E-commerce Marketing Specialist
to support their fast-growing APAC digital commerce team.
This is a great opportunity for early-career marketers to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital analytics, and content optimization, working across major platforms like Amazon and Shopee.
REQUIREMENTS
Consumer Insights & Reviews
Analyse customer reviews across e-commerce platforms.
Identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Support product and marketing teams with data-backed suggestions.
Digital Shelf & Performance
Monitor product visibility and performance across platforms.
Help improve search rankings, conversion, and overall digital presence.
Product Detail Page (PDP) Optimization
Support the creation and enhancement of product content.
Collaborate with regional teams to localize and improve listings.
Project Coordination
Work with cross-functional and regional teams across APAC.
Help manage timelines and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital, or data-related roles (internships included).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions.
Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
NICE-TO-HAVE
Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Coupang, or Naver.
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, content, or performance marketing).
Familiarity with consumer review analysis or digital shelf analytics tools.
Experience working in a regional or cross-cultural environment.
