Our partnership with nmbl, a New York–based creative agency working with names such as Nespresso, Canon, and Vital Proteins, gives our team greater exposure to fast-paced, high-quality creative work. This role will sit within the BRND WGN studio and our wider client portfolio, while also offering opportunities to support international projects as our global collaborations continue to grow. THE POSITION — We're on the lookout for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our expanding creative team. The Junior Graphic Designer supports the team in bringing brands to life across a wide range of visual touchpoints. They will work across multiple projects and clients, helping to create brand assets, campaign visuals, digital layouts, and content systems that feel considered, well-crafted, and aligned with the creative direction. With a strong visual eye and a willingness to learn, they are comfortable moving between design execution, layout development, visual exploration, and refinement. Working closely with Designers, Creative, Strategy, and Content teams, they help ensure that every output feels cohesive and contributes to a brand’s wider visual ecosystem. Responsibilities: Support the design of brand and campaign assets across digital, social, video, and traditional platforms. Adapt and roll out existing brand systems, content templates, toolkits, and campaign visuals. Work with Designers, Strategists, Copywriters, Editors, and Creatives to turn ideas into clear visual outputs. Prepare files, layouts, and assets for production, handover, and implementation across platforms. Help maintain visual consistency across brands, workstreams, and deliverables. Take feedback openly and apply it carefully to improve design quality and craft. Bring curiosity, collaboration, honesty, and a solution-driven mindset to the team. Requirements: Around 1 year of experience in graphic design, digital design, brand identity, or a related creative role. Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. A developing understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems. Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while contributing fresh visual ideas. Comfortable supporting multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables with guidance from the team. Experience preparing assets for digital and social platforms. A strong eye for detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback. Conditions: Working Hours: Standard working hours are 9am–5pm CET. As this role may involve collaboration with US-based teams and partners, there will be occasions where availability beyond standard working hours is required, particularly around key deadlines, urgent requests, or meetings that need time-zone overlap. When later availability is needed, there may be flexibility to adjust the start time or working pattern accordingly. The priority is that projects remain on track, communication is clear, and all stakeholders are kept informed and up to date.
