Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for the Owner position. The Owner will oversee the company's strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence and innovation. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, spearheading financial decisions, assessing business opportunities, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. The role will require a hands-on approach to day-to-day decision-making, problem-solving, and coordinating with the broader Michael and Son Services team. Qualifications Leadership, decision-making, and strategic-thinking skills Expertise in business management, financial planning, and organizational development Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage diverse projects effectively Experience in working with back-office solutions and enterprise ecosystems Knowledge of the services sector and prior experience in related industries is a plus Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
