Junior Customer Success Manager

Neatmetric is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.
We’re seeking a client-focused professional who can build strong relationships, support the successful delivery of digital marketing services, and help drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
Lead client onboarding, regular check-ins, and performance review meetings
Monitor account health and proactively address client concerns
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling
Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly and professionally
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, client servicing, or a similar role
Experience in a digital marketing agency or related environment is preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, paid media, social media, content, and reporting
Excellent English communication and relationship management skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with CRM, project management, and reporting tools is a plus
Experience working with international clients or remote teams is an advantage
