Junior Architectural Designer

Job Description Setup and Location: Onsite | WFH Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT Employment Type: Full-time Ready to do work that actually excites you? We are seeking an Architectural Designer/BD to join our team. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine architectural concept designs that align with project objectives and client expectations. Lead project coordination, documentation, and liaise with councils. Guide and oversee architectural drawings and documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance while mentoring junior staƯ. Work with consultants to ensure compliance with planning regulations and site constraints. Ensure compliance with NSW planning laws and building codes. Collaborate with the construction team to maintain design intent. Develop architectural concept designs (by Architect) into architectural drawings in Revit. Able to provide architectural documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance with mentoring by Architect. Able to use Escape when drawing Revit Model. Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations (training provided). Proficiency in Revit and Enscape. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
