Junior Affiliate Manager Proactive Junior Affiliate Manager to grow partnerships, optimise campaigns and support affiliate operations. Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Affiliate Manager to support the day-to-day management and growth of our affiliate program. This role combines operational execution and account management, offering exposure to affiliate partnerships, campaign optimisation, and commercial activities within a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized affiliate accounts on a daily basis Maintain regular communication to ensure affiliates are active and aligned with current campaigns Onboard new affiliates, including account setup, tracking links, and verification Ensure all accounts are correctly configured and ready to generate traffic Set up and update CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals Assist in launching and managing bonus campaigns and promotional offers Coordinate landing pages, banners, and all other marketing materials Support localisation and quality checks of marketing materials Respond to affiliate inquiries in a timely and professional manner Create and distribute affiliate newsletters to promote campaigns and updates Assist in updating and maintaining the affiliate program website with latest offers and information Support reporting and basic analysis of traffic and conversions Monitor affiliate websites for SEO visibility, brand alignment, and compliance Identify and escalate any risks or inconsistencies Work closely with CRM, campaign, risk, support, legal, finance and brand teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate activities Coordinate campaign launches, bonus setups, and compliance requirements across departments Maintain accurate records of deals, communications, and account updates Support the team with ongoing administrative and operational tasks Requirements 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or iGaming (or strong internship experience) Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks High attention to detail and structured way of working Basic understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, tracking links) Good communication skills and willingness to learn Comfortable working with data, tools, and spreadsheets Preferred Qualifications Exposure to crypto casino or sportsbook Basic knowledge of SEO or content marketing Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. Income Access, NetRefer) The above duties provide a generic description of the Employee’s day to day responsibilities but should in no way be deemed to be an exhaustive list.
