Job (Project) Description: We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Architect/ Lead to join our team. As an integral part of our MS CRM practice, you will collaborate with cross-functional teamsbusiness analysts, developers, and key stakeholdersto design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) / PowerApps solutions. Youll play a pivotal role in assessing client needs, configuring CRM systems, and ensuring successful adoption and continued system effectiveness. For this position, you need to have a US visa for business trips. Locations: Argentina Brazil Requirements: 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including at least 2 years focused on Dynamics 365 Commerce or Dynamics AX for Retail. Proven track record of leading successful eCommerce or omnichannel implementations. Strong understanding of Commerce Scale Unit (CSU), POS, order fulfillment, inventory, and pricing engines. Experience with Commerce SDK, Retail Server APIs, or building custom storefronts / headless solutions is a strong plus. Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure services, and integration patterns (REST, OData, etc.). Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Job Responsibilities: Analyze project requirements and plan the implementation and delivery according toscope, deadline, and budget; Analyze product design and functionality, describe business processes and customer requirements; Create design, system, user, and procedural documentation; Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business process flows, and dashboards; Leverage Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance CRM functionality and automate business processes; Run client workshops onbusiness processes, business requirements, and system design; Architect solutions onafunctional and technical level that will deliver high-quality results tomeet the clients needs and use the features and functions correctly and effectively; Help Sales team inpre-sales activities, respond torequests for proposals and invitations totenders, prepare and present demonstrations; Drive improvements forward for Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) installations using manufacturing best practices; Help plan and implement integrations ofMicrosoft Dynamics (CRM) with custom build solutions; plan builds, releases, upgrades, and merging ofpatches; Review technical solutions, help troubleshoot production issues, and suggest fixes; Collaborate with system administrators andIT team inplanning, design, implementation, and testing ofnew and existing database configurations aswell asapplication updates; Work with team members, including developers, architects, and other consultants, to share knowledge and best practices; Coordinate and contribute toend-user training and assist indeveloper training oncreating new database objects for application development.
